Meet the Doctors

Dr. Bernstein has been providing dental care to the residents of Valley Stream and the surrounding communities for more than 35 years. Dr. Bernstein received a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the School of Dental Medicine at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1974. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and member of the American Dental Asociation, the Dental Society of the State of New York and the Nassau County Dental Society. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Bernstein has dedicated himself to keeping up with the latest and most innovative techniques and procedures. Each year he attends numerous seminars and dental meetings, ensuring that his patients receive the finest, most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Throughout his career, he has taken post-graduate courses in implant and cosmetic dentistry and has been certified as an Invisalign provider. He was the host of Your Dental Health, a former call-in television program on Cablevision. He enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his family. Dr. Bernstein and his wife Linda, a Dental Hygienist have three grown children and six grandchildren.

Dr. Paul Natter grew up on Long Island and received his Bachelors of Science degree from Syracuse University. After graduating, he was accepted at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Natter then entered a family practice residency at Goldwater Memorial Hospital in New York City. During this time he provided dental care for a broad range of patients at Goldwater Memorial, Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx and attended post-graduate courses at New York University School of Dentistry. He currently is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, with the Qualified Dentist designation, and the Dental Society of the State of New York. Dr. Natter maintains a private practice where he provides outstanding care for the residents of Valley Stream and surrounding communities. He has a strong commitment to continuing education, attending many dental seminars yearly with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, implants, Invisalign and the use of oral appliance therapy in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. His goal is to evaluate each patient and provide the finest, most comprehensive care for their individual needs. If you have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder, Dr. Natter can help treat and manage your snoring and sleep apnea through the use of oral appliance therapy. An oral appliance is effective in the treatment of mild and moderate sleep apnea and often can help those who cannot tolerate their CPAP machine. Dr. Natter is a Medicare provider of oral appliances. Dr. Natter enjoys outdoor activities, especially golf and running. He and his wife Liz, have two children and three grandchildren.
